Jeeps are designed specifically for the best running in rugged country. Preventing life-threatening injury accidents is facilitated with the proper safety devices. Operating your vehicle without properly functioning safety equipment will be devastating in the event of equipment failure. Driving without a functioning Jeep Wrangler Headlight installed may be a significant danger to yourself as well as others. Various types of Headlights are made, which can be obtained through many auto parts vendors; these include xenon and tungsten bulbs. A Headlight furnishes more safety when traveling at night. All Headlights need to be switched out as they start to wear out or are damaged. To be safer while driving after sunset, a working Headlight is necessary. Whether you’re hunting for basic parts like headlight bulbs or something as complex as fuel pressure regulators, PartsGeek has the parts your car or truck needs. Your Jeep Wrangler needs to be preserved in peak working order and well-maintained; that involves choosing the right new and OEM auto parts. Getting premium parts from Norpero will make you feel like you have the inside scoop on the best parts in the business.
Your headlights not only allow you to see while driving at night, they also allow other motorists to see you. Dim or burned-out headlights make it harder for other motorists to judge the distance between your vehicle and theirs. Driving with only one headlight can compromise your safety, especially in adverse weather conditions.
Things you need when doing replacement of Huamas LED Headlight for Jeep Wrangler:
1, Phillips head screwdriver 2, Torx T-15 driver 3, Flat head screwdriver
1, Open the hood and prop it up with its metal prop rod;
Locate the black retainers on the front grille. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to turn the retaining screws about 1/4-turn counterclockwise to loosen them then pull them out. If you have a newer model JK, you may have to pry the retainers out with a flat head screwdriver.
2, Pull the front grille off of the Jeep by carefully tugging on the bottom left-hand side and slowly working towards the right side. Unplug the indicator lights, as you pull the grille off, by unlocking the sliding red tab and pressing the red release tabs on the back of the plug located on the back of the indicator lights. While pressing the red tabs, pull out the plug.
3, Remove the four screws on the metal ring surrounding the headlight with a Torx T-15 driver. Gently pull out the headlight assembly and remove the headlamp from the housing by rotating it about 1/4-turn counterclockwise.
4, Slide the red tab on the bulb’s plug to unlock the bulb connector and remove the bulb. Insert the new bulb and lock the connector by sliding the red tab in the opposite direction. Insert the headlamp into the housing and turn it 1/4-turn clockwise to lock it in place.
5, Move the grille back to its original position and plug in the indicator lights as you do so. Plug in the indicator lights by connecting the two plastic connectors and sliding the red tab back into the locked position.
6, Reinstall the grille by inserting the retainers and turning them 1/4-turn clockwise with the Phillips head screwdriver. If you own a newer model Jeep, insert the retainers by pushing them into their holes. Make sure the grille is secure then close the hood.
After finished，The Low Beam and High Beam light switch response speed is greatly improved, and because of the LED color temperature is higher , the light seems to no longer so yellow . At the same time , the brightness and the irradiation angle is also significantly improved .
